Victor Hugo Peña is a Colombian cyclist who, although he is not born in piedecuesta, grew up in this beautiful municipality and is a person who has carried it forward in a sporting way. 
He is a person who sponsors the sport because he sees that there are young people who are good but who do not have money to do the sport they like.
