  ÒSCAR UPEGUI PEREIRA             Born on September 19, 1969, he attended elementary school in the attached school, was the best bachelor of the Balbino García school in 1985, is an accountant and business administrator of the cooperative university of Colombia, began his career as a player of Atletico. Bucaramanga in 1983, participated in the youth department championship and is now a professional soccer fan of Panama.
